What's up! I'm Johnny..

As a man who came from an alpha driven high octane life, I had to learn how to transition from running around with your hair on fire to living in the everyday generic prescription of 'living for the weekend' we all subscribe to, going to and from the same office everyday, coming home, and repeating the process in complete monotony. I started to lose myself because what I use to pride my masculinity off of, was no longer my life.

Many of us have this issue, we either lose our identity or we never feel comfortable in the one society has created for us. But suffering with this isn't the final act. We can change but before we can change, we have to understand how we are wired as Men.
